Archive
The Delfín Workshop House Archive brings together materials produced and collected during more than seven decades of life and work by Víctor Delfín. Documents, photographs, publications, press clippings, and audiovisual records make it possible to reconstruct not only the artist's career, but also fragments of the cultural and political history of contemporary Peru.
A file under construction
The Association is developing a progressive process of identification, organization, description, digitization, and preservation of these materials.
The objective is to ensure its long-term preservation and, progressively, to facilitate its consultation by researchers, students, curators, and other audiences interested in the work of Víctor Delfín and the history of Peruvian art.

Preserve to investigate
Organizing an archive allows for much more than preserving documents. It enables the establishment of relationships among works, people, exhibitions, places, and events; the reconstruction of provenances; the verification of information; and the opening of new possibilities for research.
This work also contributes to other projects of the Association, among them the Catalogue Raisonné by Víctor Delfín.
From the Archive
As part of this process, we periodically share documents and findings accompanied by information that allows them to be contextualized and their relevance understood.
Inquiries
The Archive is currently in the process of organization and does not yet have regular service for researchers. For inquiries related to specific materials, you may contact the Association.
